5) Remove the right LD case B after unscrewing 4 screws for fixing the case.
6) Remove the left LD case F and B by following the procedures of 3), 4) and 5) above.
7) Set the PD value as minimum in case of removing the PD case B.
Set the PD value as 48 after connecting the head unit, controller unit and relay box
and turning the power on (refer to “PD input” of “5.4 Basic Operation” of the
Operation Manual).
8) Tilt the near point chart holder horizontally after removing the near point chart
fixing knob assy and the Head rest adjustment knob assy. Remove the near point
chart fixing knob assy by rotating in the counterclockwise direction. Remove the Face
shield adjustment knob by unscrewing the fixing screws.
