3.4 TROUBLESHOOTING
3.4.1 Diagnostic
The electric heating unit is equipped with advanced self-diagnosis system. In case of any fault, the corresponding code
will be shown on the display screen.
• The fault shown as “A” will result in electric heating unit lockout. To recover the operating, the reset key
must be
pressed for 1s.
• The fault shown as “F” causes shutdown. The electric heating unit will be automatically restored to the normal opera-
tion after the problem has been solved.
The table below shows some fault causes, as well as certain solutions for the users.
In case of a repeating fault which you cannot remedy, please contact the FERROLI service personnel.

fault value)
Check whether the heating temperature sen-
sor falls off or replace it
Heating temperature sen-
sor fault
The open circuit, short circuit, or connecting line
getting loose or short circuit occurs to the heating
temperature sensor
