3.4. Remedierea defecțiunilor
3.4.1 Diagnostic
Cazanulmontatpepereteesteechipatcuunsistemavansatdeautodiagnosticare.Încazdedefecțiune,
codulcorespunzătorvaașatpeecranulcazanuluimontatpeperete.
• Defecțiunea (indicată ca „A”) va duce la blocarea cazanului montat pe perete. Pentru a recupera
funcționarea,tastaderesetaretrebuiesăeapăsatătimpde1s.
• Dacăoaltădefecțiune(prezentatăca“F”)provoacăoprirea,boilerulmontatpeperetepoateautomatva
restabilitautomatlafuncționareanormalădupăceproblemaafosteliminată.
Motiveleparțialealedefecțiunilorșisoluțiilepentruutilizatorsuntenumerateînurmătorultabelcudefecțiuni.
Dacădefecțiuneanureușeștesăeeliminatădupăceafostrezolvatădedouăori,contactațipersonalulde

1.5 SERVICE MENU
To enter on the service menu press the “back” key for at least 5 seconds under any state (except for parameter setting
state or when the panel breaks down).
The display show
(parameters) and it can be changed into other menu (fault history) or (reset faults) by

will be shown on the display screen.
• The fault shown as “A” will result in electric heating unit lockout. To recover the operating, the reset key
must be
pressed for 1s.
• The fault shown as “F” causes shutdown. The electric heating unit will be automatically restored to the normal opera-
tion after the problem has been solved.
The table below shows some fault causes, as well as certain solutions for the users.
In case of a repeating fault which you cannot remedy, please contact the FERROLI service personnel.

3.4 TROUBLESHOOTING
3.4.1 Diagnostic
The wall-mounted boiler is equipped with advanced self-diagnosis system. In case of any fault, the corresponding code
will be shown on the display screen of the wall-mounted boiler.
The fault (shown as “A”) will result in wall-mounted boiler lockout. To recover the operating, the reset key must be pres-
sed
for 1s.
If other fault (shown as “F”) causes shutdown, the wall-mounted boiler can automatically will be automatically restored to
the normal operation after the problem has been eliminated.
Partial reasons for the faults and solutions for the user are listed in the following fault table.
If the fault fails to be removed after being solved twice, contact Ferroli service personnel.
