RESET REGENERATION STANDBY DUE TO LOW DOC TEMPERATURE
For Reset Regeneration to begin,
the DOC temperature has to be
at a sufficient level. If the DOC
has not reached this temperature
and Reset Regeneration is
required, then a notification
to Increase RPM / Load and
the Regeneration icon will
be displayed. Once the DOC
reaches sufficient temperature,
Reset Regeneration will
begin and a notification and
regeneration icon will display at
the bottom of the screen.
STATIONARY REGENERATION BY ENGINE MANAGEMENT
If the ECU determines that performing the Stationary Regeneration is required, the operator
will be alerted via the control panel that a Stationary Regeneration is required via a Diagnostic
Trouble Code (DTC) even if Regeneration on the control panel is set to Inhibit. The operator
should immediately conduct the Stationary Regeneration by performing the following operation.
1. Move the machine to a well-ventilated
and safe location.
2. Acknowledge the DTC by pressing the
middle soft key on the display marked
“
”.
3. When the message “Prepare for
Stationary Regeneration Now” is
displayed, press the left soft key
marked “YES”.
4. When the message “Bring Machine to
Lo-idle Speed and confirm interlocks”
is displayed, make sure that the PTO
clutch is disengaged and reduce
engine speed to low idle. Then
acknowledge the message by pressing
the middle soft key on the display
marked “
”.
5. When the message “Ready to begin
Stationary Regeneration Now?” is
displayed, press the left soft key
marked “YES”.
