Being seen on the road is just as important as
beingabletosee.Therefore,alwayswearbright
clothingorclothingwithreectiveelementswhen
youride;sportsclothingisthebestoption.Donot
wear loose clothes that might be caught on ob

ormightgettangledinthevehicle.Tieyour
trouserlegsonbothsidestightlytothebody.Tight
clothing on your lower body is also a must, you
shouldthereforeusetrouserclipsifnecessary.
Ridewithsturdyshoes.Thesolesofyourshoes
should be rigid and slip-proof. Never ride with
yourhandsoffthehandlebars.
