8. Setting Control Options and Settings
Many spines are available: multi-ring, 3-ring, hinged, 3D, and metallic colors. The spine can
also be removed to give a notebook feel.
1. Click Options on the menu bar
2. Select Book Binder.
3. Click a spine style.
8.2 Set Book Options
You can set book options like Book Covers, Book Background, Page Backgrounds, Page
Margins, Display Options, Audio Options and some Miscellaneous Options when opening a
book.
8.2.1 Book Covers
This option allows you to choose the texture for the cover of your book.
To choose the front cover of your book:
1. Click Options on the menu bar and then Set Book Options.
2. Click on the Book Cover tab (Fig 8.2.1).
3. Click Front Cover under Cover Pages.
4. Click the Browse button. The Open dialog box will be displayed.
5. Navigate to the directory where you have stored your front cover image files
(JPG format).
6. Select the image file you want and click Open.
