9.1 Image Acquisition Using Twain
FlipAlbum
®
supports the TWAIN interface. Hence, you can easily download picture files
from scanners, digital cameras, video capture cards or any other TWAIN compatible
devices.
To activate the TWAIN acquisition interface in FlipAlbum:
1. Click File on the menu bar.
2. Click Get Image.
3. If you have more than one TWAIN device driver connected to your computer, please
select the device you wish to utilize by selecting Select Source. If you only have one
TWAIN device, you can go to step 4.
4. Select Acquire. To download images from the TWAIN device, follow the appropriate
steps and instruction for the respective TWAIN driver (the usage will vary according
to the input device and TWAIN driver available).
