4.7 Bookmarks
You can add or remove bookmarks from individual pages. In addition, you can also set the
type of bookmark style to be displayed. You cannot add bookmarks to Overview, Contents
and Index pages.
To bookmark a page:
1. Click Bookmarks on the menu bar.
2. Click Add.
3. Click Left Page to add a bookmark on the left-hand page or Right Page to add a
bookmark on the right-hand page.
4. Enter your bookmark text, and change the color of the bookmark, if desired. Checking
the Bold check box will make bookmark text bold. Click OK.
5. A bookmark appears at the edge of the selected page.
To remove a bookmark from a page:
1. Click Bookmarks on the menu bar.
2. Click Remove.
3. Click Left Page to remove the bookmark on the left-hand page or Right Page to
remove the bookmark on the right-hand page.
4. The bookmark is removed from the selected page.
To select a bookmark style:
1. Click Bookmarks on the menu bar.
2. Click Select Bookmark Style and choose Rounded or Triangle, with or without 3-D or
Gradient effect.
3. Change the slope value to determine how rounded or tapered your bookmarks will be,
and the gap value to determine the space between bookmarks.
4. Click OK.
