3. Begin navigation to the Intercept point.
Remember When the target moves the Intercept
point will move accordingly. It will be necessary to
change course so that your COG lines intersect
at the Intercept point.
4. Adjust course and speed as necessary to
intercept the target.
5. Ensure you alter your course to a parallel course
before reaching the Intercept point.
12.11 Displaying safety-critical
AIS information
From the chart or radar application:
1. Select the AIS target.
The AIS target context menu is displayed.
2. Select AIS Data so that On is highlighted.
Selecting AIS Data will switch between AIS data
On and Off.
The Safety critical AIS data will now be displayed
next to the target in the application.
