Switch Mode Power Supply Module
To remove the SMPS Module, see Figure 5-9:
1. Remove rear handles.
2. Remove top and bottom covers.
3. Remove the internal shield.
4. Remove the RF Output PCA.
5. 96270A - Remove the 27 GHz Control PCA.
6. Remove the Rear Panel Assembly.
7. On the rear panel remove the 5 panhead screws.
8. Remove the Earth stud fixing nut and washer using the 8 mm nut spinner.
9. Lift away from rear panel.

under test, disconnect the Leveling Head from the Product
before performing the Leveling Head disassembly/reassembly
procedures.
