11. Set the Spectrum Analyzer as follows:
PRESET
EXT REF On
COUPLING DC
REF LVL +30 dBm
FREQ 5 GHz
SPAN 50 kHz
BW 100 Hz
12. Set the UUT frequency to 2.7 GHz and the output to OPER.
13. On the Spectrum Analyzer push the MKR (marker) key and then select
SIGNAL COUNT from the marker menu.
14. On the Spectrum Analyzer, push the NEXT key and select CNT RESOL
0.1 HZ from the counter resolution menu.
15. Allow the Spectrum Analyzer sweep to complete. Do a marker peak search
(marker to peak), then allow another sweep to complete to obtain a signal
frequency result.
16. Note the spectrum analyzer frequency count result and check that the
frequency count value is within the tolerance listed in Table 3-2.
