Removing a hard disk
The principles for installing/removing hard disks for the device as described below are identical
for all types of hard disk. Only the size and alignment of the hard disk in the casing may
vary (install either ho rizont ally or vertically depending on the hard disk type).

In addition, the EasyCh ange rails are different on 2

inch drives and 3

Removing the hard disk drive
► Disconnect the cables connected to the hard disk drive.

► Press the le
vers of the EasyChange rails attached to the hard disk drive
outwards (
1), until the hard disk is released.
► Pull the hard disk drive out of the drive cage in the direction of t he arrow (2).
