Your notebook is equipped with an integrated memory card reader.
Observe the manufacturer’s instructions when handling the memory cards.

Inserting the memory card
► Carefully slide the memory card into the
slot. The label should be f acing upward. Do
not apply excessive force, as otherwise the
delicate conta ct surfaces c ould be damaged.

Depending on the particular type
used, the mem ory card may protrude
slightly from the slot.
Removing the m emory ca rd

In order to protect your data, alwa ys follow the correct procedure
for r emoving the card outlined below.
You can stop the memory card via the corresponding icon in the task bar:
► Left-click on the icon.
► Select the card y ou want to stop and remove.
► Press th e Enter key.
Wait for the dialogue box which tells you that it is now safe to remove the m emory card.

► On devices with card locking: Press
on the storage card (1).
Memorycard
The storage card is released and
can now be removed.
► Pull the storage card out of the slot (2).
