additional PCI-X card is installed or a
PCI-X card is replaced by using PCI
hot plug.
For Oracle Solaris 10 11/06, this has
been fixed in patch 120011-08.
[Workaround]
Do not insert a different type of PCI-X
card on the same PCI slot by using
PCI hot plug.
