You can choose to use either portrait or lan dscape format for the display.

You can change these settin gs under Windows 8.1 Desktop - Control Panel -
Hard ware and Sound - Windows Mobility Cen ter / Rotate screen.
To switch off the auto m atic changing between portrait and landscape format, select C ontrol
Panel - Appearance and Persona liza tion - Display - Screen Resolution.
In the Fujitsu Ta blet Con trols settings, profiles are saved for operation
with different screen orientations. These profiles have preset standard
configurations that can be mod ifi ed as desired.
These settings do not just affect the m o nitor settings on the Tablet PC,
but also on external monitors that are connected.
Touch commands
You can execute c
ertain comm ands by using your fin ger tip on the touchscreen of your device.
Alternatively
, everything which you c an select or activate using your finger
tip can also be
selected or activated using the stylus.
Calibrate th
e Digitizer for fi nger-based operation of the device.
You must calibrate your Tablet PC with your fingers before first usage, so that
it recognises your fingertips as accurately as possible.
As soon as you ascertain that the accuracy is dete riorating, you
must recalibrate the device.
Please note: There are separate calibration programs a vailable for calibrating the
stylus (device dependent) and for calibrating finger-based operation. Do not use
the calibration tool for the stylus to calibrate finger-ba sed operation.

To calibrate, ru n the Hardware and Sound / Tablet PC Settings function in the
Control Panel. You need to calibrate both portrait and landscape fo rmats.
