EXTERNAL ALERT tests the performance of the disress alert unit, IC-302.
Pressing [DISTRESS] button on IC-302 generates a distress alert signal. The LED should flash for 3
seconds, and then continuously light up for 2 seconds.

This is the test of PANLE board (05P0701).
Pressing [ENT] key reveals the following screen, and the tests up to ALARM LED proceed automati-
cally. KEY INPUT test displays the keys that were pressed in panel key.
