Why is my GE Interlogix 60-792-01-95R not reporting to the central station?

If your GE Interlogix Security System's central station or pager is not receiving reports, verify the following: 1. Confirm that the premises phone line is functioning correctly. 2. Perform a phone test to ensure connectivity. 3. Check that the DB-8 cord is securely plugged into the RJ-31X/CA-38A jack. 4. Ensure the DB-8 cord is correctly wired to the panel. 5. Verify the phone line wiring between the TELCO block and RJ-31X/CA-38A jack is accurate. 6. Replace the RJ-31X/CA-38A jack if it is faulty. 7. Replace the DB-8 cord if it is faulty. 8. Confirm that the central station or pager phone number is correctly programmed into the panel. 9. Reprogram the phone number and retest if necessary. 10. Ensure that the correct phone format (SIA or CID) is being used.
