Step Action
1 Locate and open the bag with the isocratic inlet manifold.
2 Hang the isocratic inlet manifold so it is supported by the inlet A valves
(X
V-001 to XV-006) (A). Then connect the isocratic inlet manifold to the
isocratic pump chamber inlet labeled IN using a TC clamp (B).
3 If your planned process requires a single pump, go to P
osition the air trap
tubing, on page 107.
If your planned process requires a second pump go to Position gradient in-
let manifold, on page 104.
