Service interfaces
Diagnostics tab
NOTE
Diagnostics tab features and functionality will vary depending upon your
installation.
The following links are found on the Diagnostics tab.
Link name Description
Device Master Used to view VTXP, VRTP and AP statistics. See Device Master statistics on page 6-13.
This function may not apply to your system. See the separate service or configuration documentation for your
specific ApexPro installation for more information about your specific Telemetry System.
Download ApexPro
Logfiles
Used to download the following logs:
System Logs, ApexPro system log files or Dr. Watson log files. See Download system logs on page 6-24.
Telestat Logs, telemetry statistics (telestat) log files). See Download Telestat logs on page 6-25.
Hardware Used to view current operation status of the following hardware:
Fans. See Fans on page 6-10.
Power. See Power on page 6-10.
Temperatures. See Temperature on page 6-10.
Install Check Used to retrieve and check a configuration snapshot of all ApexPro telemetry towers on the network, including
the following sections of information:
Telemetry Check Results
Telemetry System Configuration and Status
See Perform installation check on page 5-16.
Network Used to display the following network information:
Adaptors, includes the MAC address, IP address, submask, DHCP and status of the ATS IX, MC and RX
adaptors, and also the network computer name and Windows domain information. See Adaptors - Display
adaptor and serial port information on page 6-11.
Unity, includes Unity network information (identical to listwhat -l). See Unity Network device detection on
page 6-12.
Receiver Subsystem Used with the ApexPro Channelized Telemetry System to perform network-wide receiver subsystem
diagnostics. The following functions are available:
Blink Bed to blink a receiver card associated with a currently admitted bed. See Blink bed on page 6-18.
Blink Rack to blink a receiver subsystem attached to a particular tower. See Blink rack on page 6-19.
Blink Receiver to blink a receiver card in a receiver subsystem. See Blink receiver on page 6-20.
Transmitters Used to generate a transmitter status summary page for all ApexPro transmitters admitted on the network. This
list can be sorted in multiple ways. See Configure the Transmitter battery status report for viewing and printing
on page 5-13.
View ApexPro Logfiles Used to view ApexPro system logs or Dr. Watson logs. See View ApexPro log files on page 6-22.
View Logfiles Used to search the Webmin log for actions by user, module, and time. See View log files - Webmin activity on
page 6-23.
Logout Used to log user out of Webmin.
