PROBLEM: An SpO
2
sensor is attached to the Monitor, but there is no SpO
2
activity.
CAUSE:
An incorrect sensor may have been chosen. Sensors made by other
manufacturers will not be recognized.
SOLUTION:
Check that the sensor is one of the approved MASIMO sensors.
