G-10 Communicating with the OPTICA Using Ethernet

Configuration
Using an RS-232 communication link, the user can set the network
settings. To see the set of supported commands, type "$Help<>"
1. $SetIPAddress <IP ADDRESS><>
(i.e. $SetIPAddress 3 112 60 36)
2. $SetIPSource <STATIC><> (Assuming STATIC IP)
3. $SaveNetworkSettings<>
4. $GetNetworkSettings<> (Displays the current network settings)
It takes time to execute the "SaveNetworkSettings" command. Wait
until the display updates to determine when to reset the unit. In order
for the settings to take effect, power to the unit must be cycled.
