INTRODUCTION
Audible and visual confidence signal (fully configurable)
every 15 seconds, confirming to the user that the
instrument is correctly energised and operating normally.
Motion sensor to detect movement and activate alarms
in a ‘man down’ situation.
Alphanumeric display with screen backlighting.
Backlighting is coloured green during normal
operation and red during alarm condition.
Internal electric pump (optional) with a minimum flow rate
of 0.5 litres per minute.
Fully automatic data logging.
Powered by an internal Li-Ion (Lithium Ion) rechargeable
battery, this will provide an operating time of up to 14
hours (non-pumped) or 8 hours (pumped). Maximum
recharge time is 4 hours.
Robust crocodile clip to allow fitting to belt, pocket, etc.
Communications interface to allow downloading of
stored data.
Fully certified to international standards.
Comprehensive range of accessories available.
1.3 DATA LOGGING
Data logging is a standard feature of all PS200 series
instruments and allows gas measurements, event logs, bump
tests and calibration details to be automatically stored and
later downloaded to a Personal Computer (PC) via a USB
connection.
Manual data logging can also be achieved simply via a single
press of the Left Hand (LH) button .
