1.PerformShutdown,page50.

2.PerformPressureReliefProcedure,page49.

3.Disconnecttheowmetercable.

4.Disconnecttheheatedhosefromtheow

meter.Removetheowmeter.

5.Removefourscrews(VS)andremovethetop

cover(PL).

6.Removeeightscrews(MS)andremovethe

metalcap(SD).

7.Removegears(GS)fromthehousing(HG).

8.Cleanthegearsandtheuidsectionofthe

housingwithcompatiblesolvent.

9.Reinstallthegears.

a.Placethegearwiththemagnets(MG)on

theleftpinofthehousing.

NOTE: NOTE:

NOTE:

Thegearwiththemagnets(MG)

mustbeinstalledontheleftsideorthe

meterwillnotfunction.Installthegears

asshown.

b.Positionthegearsperpendicular(90°)

toeachotherandinstalltherounded

bottom(RB)ofthegearintothehousing.

NOTE: NOTE:

NOTE:

Turnthegearstomakesurethat

stayengagedandrotatetogetheronce

installed.Reinstallthegearsiftheydo

notstayengagedorrotatetogether.

10.Reinstalltheowmeter.Reconnectthe

heatedhoseandowmetercable.
