The following gives the input voltage specifications for the S3600-28P-SI:
Rated voltage range: 100 VAC to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz
Input voltage range: 90 VAC to 264 VAC, 47 to 63 Hz

1.3.1 Front Panel
I. Schematic diagram
The S3600-28TP-SI provides twenty-four 10Base-T/100Base-TX auto-sensing
Ethernet ports, two 1000Base-X SFP ports, two 10/100/1000Base-T auto-sensing
Ethernet ports, and one Console port on the front panel, as shown in
Figure 1-3.
