10.1 Weekly Maintenance
Oxidation Phase:
 Check the oxygen cylinder/oxygen concentrator.
 Check the oxygen pressure in the cylinder or the oxygen supply from the oxygen concentrator.
 Check the oxygen pressure on the Oxygen Regulator inside the BioTector.
 Check the Acid container and Acid Pump.
 Check the Base container and Base Pump.
 Check the HCl Water solution container and HCl Water Pump (if installed).
 Check and confirm that the sample line is free and the Sample Pump is running correctly.
 Check and confirm that the Circulation Pump is operating.
 Check and confirm that all valves are operating.
 Check the filter mats in the Fan and Vent housings.
 Check the Bypass, Sample Out and Exhaust ports.
Liquid Phase:
 Check the Oxidized Sample Catch-Pot/Cleaning Vessel.
 Check Nitrogen Pump (N Pump).
 Check the TN Cleaning container.
 Check the DI Water container.
 Check and confirm that all valves are operating.
 Check the Zero Water (DI Water) used for the Zero Calibration.
 Check the TN Drain and TN Bypass ports.
