The remote indicator is
not connected or there
is a problem with the
remote indicator.
1. Make sure that the remote indicator cable is connected to the
analyzer and the remote indicator correctly. Refer to Connect
the remote indicator cable to the remote indicator on page 33
and Connect the remote indicator cable to the analyzer
on page 40.
2. If the problem continues, replace the remote indicator. Refer to
the instructions for use supplied with the new remote indicator.
3. If the problem continues after the remote indictor is replaced, it
may be necessary to replace the analyzer. Contact technical
support.
Remote Indicator
error
The remote indicator
LEDs are not
functioning.
Speaker test
error
There is a problem with
the remote indicator
speaker.
Stir system error! The magnetic stirrer in
the colorimeter is not
detected.
1. Look through the colorimeter window to see if there is a
magnetic stirrer. Refer to Figure 2 on page 9.
2. Make sure that the stir motor cable is connected to the front
panel. Refer to Analyzer electrical connectors on page 38.
3. Make sure that nothing prevents the stir motor operation.
4. If the problem continues, remove power from the analyzer.
Refer to Remove power on page 61. Refer to the clinic
operating procedures.
5. Replace the stir motor. Refer to the instructions for use supplied
with the new stir motor.
Software error! A software error
occurred.

1. Remove the bottle caps from the reagent bottles.
2. Use a clean, no-lint cloth to remove the reagent from
the exterior surface of the tubes.
3. Install the black and red bottle caps on the correct
reagent bottles.
4. Push menu, then select Maintenance > Prime
reagents.
5. Do step 4 again.
The remote indicator
makes a continuous
sound.
The battery life of the
remote indicator is low.
Replace the battery when a continuous sound is heard.
