6. System alarm
1. Select an alarm target. 2. Select an alarm type.
3. Set a setting value(offset). 4. Set hysteresis.
5. Set delay. 6. Set direction of alarm. NORMAL OPEN or NORMAL CLOSE
7. Set hold function.
8. Set alarm conditions.
- Always : Alarm is always provided.
- During operation : Alarm is provided only during operation.
- Constant value : Alarm is provided only during constant-value operation.
- Program : Alarm is provided only during program operation.
