16. Information relating to EMC (electromagnetic compatibility)
• Medical electrical devices are subject to special precautionary measures with regard to EMC and must
be installed in accordance with the EMC information described in the following�
• Portable and mobile HF communication systems can influence medical electrical devices�
• Accessories, current converters and connecting cables other than those specified can lead to an
increase in electromagnetic emission or to reduced interference immunity of the device or the system�
The VivanoTecPro negative pressure unit is intended for operation in an environment as set out below� The customer or
user of the VivanoTecPro negative pressure unit must ensure that it is operated in a corresponding environment�
