(1) UPPER level mark
(2) LOWER level mark
(3) Oil level dipstick
NOTE:
• Running the engine with insufficient
oil may cause engine damage.
• Top up if required after every 3000 kms.
4. If required, add recommended oil upto
the upper level mark. Do not overfill.
5. Reinstall the oil filler oil level dipstick.
Check for oil leaks.
3. After a few minutes, remove the oil level
dipstick, wipe it clean, and reinsert the oil
level dipstick without screwing it in.
Remove the oil level dipstick and check if
the oil level is between the upper and
lower marks.
Engine Oil Replacement / Oil strainer
Cleaning
Change the engine oil with the engine at
normal operating temperature and the
scooter on its main stand to assure complete
and rapid draining.
2. Place an oil drain pan under the
crankcase and remove the oil drain
plug (1).
