Excepon
Excepon events can be congured to take the event hint in the live view window and trigger
alarm outputs and linkage
acons.
Steps
1. Go to Conguraon → Event → Normal Event → Excepon .
2. Congure event hint. When the set events occur, you will receive hints in alarm center.
1) Enable Event Hint.
2) Select events to hint. Choose from:

Click of Event Hint Conguraon to select events.

Click in the upper-right corner of local menu to enter alarm center to select events.
3. Select Excepon Type to set its linkage acons.

4. Set the arming schedule. Refer to Congure Arming Schedule for details.
5. Click Apply.

Protecon
Perimeter protecon includes line crossing detecon, intrusion detecon, region entrance
detecon, and region exing detecon.
Note
Perimeter protecon is only available for certain device models or camera models.
