NOTICE: The optical system is very delicate. The control system
incorporates parts constructing a high-density electronic circuit
that functions as a computer. Careful consideration should
thus be given to the aforementioned items.
1.1.3 Power Requirement
(1) Power Supply Voltage
Rated voltage: 100, 115, 220, 230 or 240 V AC
Allowable fluctuation is within 10% of the rated voltage.
(2) Frequency
Rated frequency: 50 or 60 Hz
Allowable fluctuation is within 0.5 Hz of the rated frequency.
(3) Power Capacity
380 VA or more (not including PC and printer)
Prepare a power capacity of 700 VA or more in consideration of use with peripherals such as PC
and printer.
(4) Power Outlet (see Fig. 1-4)
Provide three grounded 3P outlets in the vicinity of the instrument.
(5) Grounding Line (see Fig. 1-4)
Grounding resistance should be 100 or less.
