3.2.4 Stability
Determine the variation with time of emission intensity (including scattered light) under fixed measurement
conditions. Conduct the measurement simultaneously with that in 3.2.3. The results will be indicated as
in Fig. 3-13.

Calculation method
As in Fig. 3-14, divide all of the data into 10-second intervals, and obtain the average for all of the
intervals. Calculate the amount of drift by way of the following equation.
