Recovery procedures after pressing the EMO Switch
(1) Make sure to set OFF the following switches and breakers before unlock the EMO Switch.
・ Main unit: [EOC POWER] switch, [EVAC POWER] switch, IP1 breaker, IP2
b r e a k e r, STAGE breaker
・ EO control unit: HV breaker, IP/HV breaker, EVAC breaker, EOC breaker, OUTER BAKE
breaker, MAIN breaker
(2) Unlock the switch by rotating the EMO Switch button clockwise.
(3) Startup the instrument.
