Use the shift lever to run the boat in
forward or reverse gear, or to cut off
the engine power from the propeller.
There are the three positions for the
shift lever.
FORWARD:
NEUTRAL:
REVERSE:
The boat moves ahead.
The engine power is
cut off from the
propeller. The boat
does not move.
The boat reverses.
This tiller handle is equipped with an
automotive type ignition switch.
Key positions:
START:
The starter motor will not work
unless the shift lever is in the
NEUTRAL position.
to start the engine.
to run the engine
after starting.
to stop the engine
