Emergency Starting
STARTING THE ENGINE

6 mm WASHER
CLAMP (on the
silencer case)
6 25 mm FLANGE
BOLT
ACG COVER
If the starting system does not
operate properly for some reasons,
the engine can be started using the
emergency starter rope in the tool kit.
Raise the front and rear fixing
levers, and remove the engine
cover.
Release the breather tube from the
four clamps.
Remove 6 25 mm flange bolt
and washer, then remove the ACG
cover.
Turn the engine switch key to the
OFF position.
Secure the breather tube to the
clamp of the silencer case.
Take care not to lose the bolt and
washer.
