Create the Intrusion detection unit
Create the Galaxy Dimension control panel as an intrusion detection unit in Config Tool.
1 From the Home page in Config Tool, open the Intrusion detection task.
2 Click Add an entity > Intrusion detection unit.
The Creating an intrusion detection unit window opens.
3 In the Basic Information page, do the following:
a Type the Entity name (Intrusion unit).
b (Optional) Type a description for the entity.
c Select a Partition for the entity.
Partitions are logical groupings used to control the visibility of entities. Only users with
permission to that partition can view or modify the entity.
d Click Next.
4 From the Intrusion sion Manager drop-down list in the Intrusion detection unit
information page, select the Intrusion Manager role you created in "Create the Intrusion
Manager role" on page 19 to manage the control panel.
5 From the Unit type drop-down list, select the manufacturer (Honeywell).
