Connect Menu
Setup
The
Connect|Setup option allows the Galaxy Gold software to be configured for communication with the
Galaxy control panel via one of the communication options.
Before Galaxy Gold can be used to perform any remote servicing functions, the communication channel,
through which information is transferred between the PC and the Galaxy site (or RS232 Serial Interface
Module) must be setup. The setup is programmed using the
Connect|Setup option. Once this option has
been programmed, the settings are saved until changed by the user.
