side Smart Array controller <controller name / slot information>.

as <chassis label> has reported that storage box number <box number> was removed
from port <port number>. This connection was through I/O module number <module
number> on the storage box. This event can occur when either a sole I/O module
or data cable is removed.
The external Smart Array controller reporting this event is attached to the host
side Smart Array controller <controller name / slot information>.
