You can disable automated support case generation during planned maintenance from the Manage Maintenance Windows
page. After a maintenance window is set, no further communication with HPE Support is required.
Procedure
1. Install the provided ground wire.
The power supply replacement kit includes a 72 inch 4-gauge ground wire (green and yellow wire). Use the 4-gauge wire
only.
a) Connect the ground cable to both grounding lugs on the rear of the array chassis. Using a 7/16-inch (11 mm) torque
wrench, apply between 41 in-lbs (4.63 N-m) and 57 in-lbs (6.44 N-m) of torque to each nut.
