CAUTION: Do not operate the server for long periods with the access panel open or removed.
Operating the server in this manner results in improper airflow and improper cooling that can lead
to thermal damage.
5. Do one of the following:
• Remove the secondary PCIe riser cage blank.
• Remove the secondary PCIe riser cage (Removing the PCIe riser cages on page 59).
• Remove the tertiary PCIe riser cage (Removing the PCIe riser cages on page 59).
6. Remove the power supply cage blank.
