10. Connect any required internal or external cables to the expansion board.

11. If present, connect the controller backup power cable to the controller backup power connector on the
riser board (Riser components on page 33).
12. Install the access panel (Installing the access panel on page 56).
13. Install the server into the rack (Installing the server into the rack on page 48).
14. Connect each power cord to the server.
15. Connect each power cord to the power source.
16. Power up the server on page 53.
