Indicator Description
STAT If the indicator is steady green, it indicates that the PIC works normally.
If the indicator is off, it indicates that the PIC is not powered on or is not
registered.
If the indicator is steady red, it indicates that the hardware on the PIC is
faulty.
If the indicator is steady yellow, it indicates that logic is not loaded to
the PIC.
