5.5 (Optional) Connecting Single-phase AC Input

Power Cables (Without External Grid Power Supply)

NO TE

● This step applies only to some models. The gure is for reference only.

● If a UPS or other reliable backup power supply is used, perform the following steps to

connect single-phase AC input power cables.

● Recommended specications for the UPS input switch: 220 V AC/230 V AC; 10 A; 2P.

Step 1 Remove the short-circuiting bar from 1–2 and insert it to 2–3 on the XU terminal

block.

Step 2 Remove the short-circuiting bar from 6–7 and insert it to 7–8 on the XU terminal

block.

Step 3 Connect the ground cable to the ground bar of the control unit cabin.

Step 4 Connect the armored cable to the ground point on the rear panel of the control

unit cabin.

Step 5 (Optional) If a UPS is used for power supply, install the UPS input switch, connect

the live wire 1775 and neutral wire 1777 (obtained from 2 in the

gure), and turn

on the switch (as shown by 1 in the

gure).
