7 Powering On the System
7.1 Installing the PSU
Prerequisites
WARNING
● Do not put your hands into the PSU slot to avoid electric shock.
● When the PSU is running, a high temperature is generated around the air
outlet at the rear. Do not touch the PSU or place cables or other objects on it.
CA UTION
Power on the PSU within 24 hours after unpacking. Otherwise, place it in a dry
indoor environment without corrosive gas.
NO TE
The subracks vary with the ESS models. The gure uses one type of subrack as an example.
● If the PSU is damaged, contact the local
oce.
● Determine the PSU installation position.
