1 - The Done and the radio Contol do not connect.
, Check the App if the status of the control signal icon has changed.
, Adjust the radio control antenna, refer to the manual.
, Check the entry relating to USB connections in the Android tutorial.
2 - Disconnection between the adio contol and the smatphone/tablet.
, Check whether the USB cable is inserted backwards, especially for the Micro
cable USB Android, the two ends are identical, pay attention to the TX and signs
RX at the ends of the connection cable.
, Check whether the Smartphone cover prevents the correct insertion of the USB
connector.
, Check whether the Smartphone housing, located on the Radio Control, does not
press any buttons on the Smartphone, this could also cause disturbances.
, Check for dust or other debris inside the USB connectors and clean them if ne-
cessary.
, Activate the "airplane" mode on your Smartphone to ensure connection stabi-
lity.
, For Android devices, be sure to set the “USB Debugging Mode”. For USB con-
nection mode, use the default “Charging Only” option.
, Contact Hubsan Customer Service if you cannot resolve the problem.
3 - The Done is not detected.
, Restart the Drone, the Radio Control and the X-Hubsan 2.0 App
, Try updating the Drone's firmware.
, Check if the LED on the side of the Drone is on; if it is flashing it means there is
an anomaly.
4 - Stuck image tansmission o unstable contol signal and fequent
disconnection.
, Adjust the angle of the Radio Control antenna with respect to the position of the
Drone.
, Possibly try to change the flight area, trying to avoid tall buildings, radio and te-
levision towers or other obstacles.
, Update the Drone to the latest firmware.
5 - The Done flies unstable, tilts to the ight o left, does not espond no-
mally to the adio contol.
, Try changing the flight zone, trying to avoid tall buildings, radio or television to-
wers or other obstacles.
, Perform compass calibration and horizontal calibration of the Drone.
, Calibrate the radio control sticks.
, If necessary, evaluate whether there is too strong wind
6 - The Done's GPS is not accuate and does not pass the accuacy test.
, Fly with at least 6 satellites available.
, Possibly try changing the flight zone.
, Replace your mobile device, Smartphone or Tablet.
