Hubsan MINI - Warranty Service Eligibility and Process

Consumers of Hubsan products are entitled to a warranty service; these guarantees
do not limit or alter other consumer rights.
These guarantees include your rights to our exchange, refund and repair services.
The warranty will provide free repair services, subject to the conditions described
below. The warranty service does not cover shipping costs for sending the product to
Hubsan headquarters.
The Hubsan repair facility has the right to determine whether the product is eligible
for warranty service.
Hubsan products are entitled to a one-year warranty.
Hubsan LiPo batteries are not covered by warranty service.
1. Conditions fo a poduct to be eligible fo the Hubsan waanty:
a) The product has not been used inappropriately.
b) The product was purchased completely new and sealed.
c) The product has not undergone tampering or unauthorized modifications.
d) No signs of forgery on product labels, serial number, watermarks, etc.
e) Payment transaction receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
f) The product is not damaged by the user's determined negligence.
g) For repair or replacement of severely damaged products (under warranty), you
must provide sufficient evidence that damage has occurred due to a defective compo-
nent of a product.
2. Damage caused in these cicumstances, the guaantee is not ecognized:
a) Unauthorized modification, disassembly and/or improper installations on the prod-
uct.
b) Operate under adverse natural forces (strong wind, rain, snow, storm, etc.)
c) Operation under the interference of an electromagnetic source or environment.
d) Failure to comply with the rules stated in the instruction manual.
e) Any missing components or pieces are not covered by the warranty.
3. Waanty sevice infomation
a) Hubsan warranty service team will investigate and identify the problem, once the
product is received at our location, Hubsan will cover the cost of labor, materials, re-
turn and shipping if the problem is found to be due to the quality of the our product.
