Consumers of Hubsan products are entitled to additional warranties, these warranties
do not limit or alter other consumer rights.
Our policy requires us that the customer is always satisfied with our products.
There are occasions when the customer may wish to exchange items. Within 7 days
from the delivery date, Hubsan will accept all products for exchange.
For refund, Hubsan will accept all its products purchased on the Official Website.
For details on refunding products purchased outside of the Hubsan Official Website,
please contact a local authorized distributor.
To request refund, repair or replacement service, please contact Hubsan Aftersales
Team, for further information you will also be asked to fill a mandatory support form.
rEFUNDS SErVICE
a) - Within 7 days of delivery, Hubsan will accept items in new, unaltered condition
and free of damage from the customer.
b) - Within 7 days of delivery, Hubsan will accept items with obvious defects.
CIrCUMSTANCES IN WHICH IT IS
DECLINED THE rIGHT TO rEFUND
a) - Refund service is requested after the 7 day period.
b) - The returned product is in altered condition or with damage caused by the cus-
tomer.
c) - The returned product does not include all accessories attached or in the package.
d) - Within 15 days of delivery, the product has suffered substantial damage during
transportation.
e) - Within 15 days of delivery, the product does not correspond to the original de-
scription in one or more significant aspects.
c) - Within 15 days of delivery, the product has no manufacturing defects.
CIrCUMSTANCES IN WHICH HUBSAN
DENYS THE rIGHT TO EXCHANGE THE PrODUCT
a) - The exchange service is required after 15 days from the delivery date.
b) - The payment transaction receipt is not provided or is believed to have been
forged.
c) - The returned product is not in good condition, altered or damaged by the cus-
tomer.
