d) - The returned product does not include all accessories attached to the package.
e) - Malfunction or damage caused by unauthorized modifications to the product.
f) - Any signs of forgery on product labels, serial numbers, watermarks, etc.
g) - The product is damaged by external natural forces beyond our control, including
fire, flood or lightning storm.
h) - Any malfunction or damage caused by unauthorized use or modifications to the
product, exposure to humidity, any contact with substances, such as water, oil, sand,
detergents, etc.
i) - After receiving a return confirmation from Hubsan, the product must be sent to
our office within 7 days.
VArIOUS
a) - Payments by credit or debit card or PayPal may take up to 10 business days after
the product has been received.
b) - International credit or debit card payments may take up to 14 business days after
the product has been received.
Note: In case of defects on the part of the manufacturer, we will cover the cost of re-
turn shipping, repair or replacement, while the shipping costs to our office are the re-
sponsibility of the customer.
