b) If the product is found to be unsuitable for warranty service, the customer can
choose to pay the corresponding repair fee or request the product to be sent back un-
damaged. We will inform you in advance of the cost of the repair.
c) Customers can avail the warranty at a designated Hubsan repair center.
d) After receiving a confirmation for warranty service from Hubsan, the product must
be sent back to Hubsan within 7 days.
PAID rEPAIr SErVICE
Hubsan also provides paid repair services for customers who do not meet the require-
ments for warranty, refund or replacement services. For paid repair service, you will
be charged for diagnostics, labor, materials and shipping costs.
There will be no final costs until the product has been examined by our technicians.
You may eventually decide not to proceed with the repair service.
After Hubsan has examined the products, diagnostic fees and return shipping costs will
be charged, these assessments will be made before the customer ships the product.
CArE rEFrESH ASSISTANCE SErVICE
The Care Refresh assistance service is available on the HUBSAN Official Website which
gives the possibility, by paying a sum indicated within the platform, to replace the
Drone in the event of loss, collision or other accident recognized by the Care Refresh
formula. After connecting to the Hubsan Official Website, follow the video instructions
step by step to obtain replacement coverage for your Drone.
