6.3.6 Safety Beveling Adjustment
These values are used for adjusting safety bevel position.
• Test Pattern
- Execute the Circle pattern (Ø 50) with/without bevel (position 50%)
• Test Cases
- Execute above two kinds of processes for each of materials including plastic,
PC, HI-Index lens and Trivex® .
- Apply the front and rear safety beveling to all cases.
• Test Cases
- Change the value within the tolerance
